The Syracuse City School District
Jaime Alicea, Superintendent
The Board of Education of the Syracuse City School District will hold a Special Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at the Syracuse City School District Board Room, 725 Harrison Street, Syracuse, New York. The public is invited to attend. The Education Work Session will follow immediately afterwards.

The Syracuse City School District Board of Education will hold its Annual Organizational Meeting and its regular scheduled business meeting on TUESDAY, May 9, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Syracuse City School District Board Room, 725 Harrison Street, Syracuse, New York.

Please note: While the meeting will begin at 3:00 PM with a call to order, be advised that the Board plans to vote on immediately entering into executive session at that time. The Organizational Meeting will take place after such Executive Session concludes, at approximately 4:00 PM, immediately followed by the business meeting and consideration of all remaining agenda items.

Visitors who desire to speak at Business Meetings must make this known to the District Clerk to the Board of Education before the meeting begins, by filling out the appropriate blue card, available near the entrance door to the Board Room. PLEASE NOTE: Blue cards submitted after the first speaker has concluded will not be accepted. Speakers are asked to limit their comments to no more than three minutes. Please remember that comments should be addressed to the Board, not to other members of the community, and we ask that attendees show respect for all of the speakers.

The full schedule of 2016-2017 Board of Education Meetings and Work Sessions is available under the Documents tab at the left side of the screen, or in the General section of the Library.
